We only use the highest quality copper and insulating materials, importing resin rich insulations ourselves to ensure a fresh quality supply. We also carry out D.D.F testing and Hi-Pot testing to all H.V. coils to ensure there is complete confidence in the winding.

Stator Coils 

TEMA  provides new and replacement stator coils for all voltages up to 11000 volts. Each replacement stator coil is engineered to ensure proper fit and long operational life. Stator coils for new machines are made to customer’s specifications upon request. TEMA can also supply all other winding materials including wedges, etc.  Note that all coils sets are fully tested with a test certificate supplied.

Traction Motor & Generator Coils 

Motor and Generator kits for all railway and earth moving equipment are supplied with coils and winding insulation rated for class H servere-dutry service. Designed to fit precisely, coils produced by TEMA are sure minimized installation times and winding costs. They also deliver maximized mileage or hours of operation.

All coil kits are supplied with test certificate.
